Catherine (Cat) Sulprizio is the proud Owner and President of KeepSafe StorAll, a dynamic storage and business hub serving Contra Costa County. With a hands-on leadership style and a dedicated team by her side, Catherine has transformed the property from its industrial roots—once a recycling and machine parts casting site—into a versatile, multi-use facility.
Today, KeepSafe StorAll offers secure storage for all types of vehicles and equipment, while also leasing space to a variety of professional businesses. Most recently, Catherine oversaw the clearing and grading of an additional 60,000 square feet of open yard space, expanding the property’s capacity for RVs, large equipment, and oversized lot storage.
When she’s not managing operations, Catherine finds joy in swimming, biking, hiking, and exploring new corners of the globe. One of her most memorable adventures was to Iceland, where she was captivated by the stunning landscapes, warm hospitality, and unforgettable cuisine.
